Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and displayed during the purchase process. Shipping costs within Germany with DHL are €7.50. Orders over €50 are free within Germany with DHL. For orders from other European countries, shipping costs are €15.00, and €9.90 for orders over €50.

We ship all goods exclusively as insured parcels with DHL. You can also select a DHL Packstation as the pickup location.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email, which you can use to track the current status of your delivery step by step on the DHL website.
When will I receive my order?
We typically process every order within 2-5 business days. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Should any problems or delays arise, we will of course contact you. After the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from our shipping partner, DHL.
